As a marketer, I’ve seen firsthand how AI has completely changed the way we approach marketing. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to experiment with various AI tools and technologies, and while I’ve gained a lot from using AI, I’ve also learned a few important lessons about its limitations.

Let me share some of my key takeaways.

1. Personalization is a Game-Changer

When I first started using AI, the biggest advantage I noticed was how easy it made personalization. AI tools can analyze customer data at a scale that’s impossible for a human to process. I’ve seen this in action with email campaigns and ads where AI helps understand what specific groups of customers want.

It reminded me of how companies like Netflix personalize recommendations to keep users hooked. AI gave me the same power to connect with customers on a personal level, and the results spoke for themselves.

2. Automation Saves Time and Effort

Another thing I’ve experienced is how AI can automate some of the time-consuming tasks that usually eat up a marketer’s day. I’ve used tools like Mailchimp and Zoho Campaigns to automate email sequences, schedule social media posts, and even analyze campaign performance.
